As part of our ongoing commitment to our customers, we proudly operate a worldwide service and support infrastructure. You can rely on a highly trained and specialized team to provide in-field and remote technical support for Eclipse™ Cyclotron and Explora™ Biomarker production systems installed globally. Our service infrastructure provides factory and regional housing for spare parts and an established call center. The Siemens Customer Care Center (SCCC) offers access to local, regional, and factory support as necessary. We are committed to maintaining full parts, labor, and service support for our installed base. Research and development
At Siemens Healthineers, we continue to investment in engineering to support the performance and reliability of Eclipse Cyclotron and Explora Biomarker production systems. We maintain a fully staffed R&D team dedicated to the Eclipse and Explora product lines. Our team continually works to ensure both long term sustainability of your system and that upgrades are designed to improve performance and usability. The R&D team collects feedback from customers and the service team to guide development and provide the most impactful improvements to your system.
