Siemens Healthineers named as 2023 Best Workplaces in Healthcare for third year

(Oakville, Ontario) - Siemens Healthineers is very proud to announce that it has been named for the third consecutive year, on the 2023 list of Best Workplaces in Healthcare. This designation was earned after a thorough review by the Great Place to Work® team. It involves an analysis of the trust levels and culture in an organization through an anonymous survey of its employees, who were encouraged to share their direct feedback and experience about working at Siemens Healthineers.

The review also involved a detailed report that was submitted covering all aspects of the company’s culture including: hiring; retention; diversity; equity and inclusion; rewards and recognition; and most importantly, on creating a culture that nurtures transparency and respect.
