Siemens Healthineers in Canada honoured as one of the Best Workplaces for Women for the third time

Siemens Healthineers in Canada has been recognized as one of the Best Workplaces for Women by Great Place to Work for the third time based on employee feedback, reaffirming the company’s commitment to creating a safe and equal environment where women excel and significantly contribute to the company's overall success.

Fostering women’s advancement through the implementation of strategies, resources and activities that focus on parity is paramount to Siemens Healthineers—specifically, through the success of their Employee Resource Group, Women’s Impact Network (WIN@S), where members participate in events and volunteer initiatives that further the cause of women’s empowerment at work and in communities across Canada.

The Head of Finance and Chair of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for Siemens Healthineers in Canada, Miriam Hahne expressed great pride in this achievement, “I’m very happy to see how true equality has shone through our employees in this recognition, as a shared commitment that can only be achieved when we work towards it collectively.
