PPPs describe various contractual arrangements where the public and private partners share rights and responsibilities during the length of the contract with the purpose of construction, expansion, improvement, development of public health services, and/or infrastructure. In PPPs, partners contribute know-how, financial resources, facilities and other inputs required for the successful delivery of a product or service.
