Medical University of South Carolina

A 10-year Value Partnership was signed between the Medical University of South Carolina and Siemens Healthineers in 2018, with the objective of driving innovation in pediatrics, cardiovascular care, radiology, and neuroscience. Six years in, notable achievements include a 33% increase in PET/CT exams per day, a 53% surge in new patient visits per provider in the Pediatric GI Clinic, and enhanced accessibility to appointments within the Pediatric GI Clinic, with the next available appointments advancing by 2 weeks.

University of Missouri System (UM System) and University of Missouri Health Care (MU Health Care)

In 2019, UM System and MU Health Care entered a 10-year Value Partnership with Siemens Healthineers. The objective is to provide technology, training resources, updated curricula and mentoring programs for their students to improve health care in the state of Missouri. Almost two years into this Value Partnership, UM System and MU Health Care have co-developed a bio-engineering curriculum and AI internships for the University, installed the first syngo Virtual Cockpit in the USA, and initiated campus testing, longitudinal studies for COVID-19, and other innovative ideas inspired by the pandemic.
