Our Project Management team can oversee the implementation of complex projects such as those involving multi-lab consolidation and automation. The assigned Project Manager is responsible for the execution of the project and for ensuring that requirements and objectives are met at each stage of implementation.
Acting as a central point of communication, the Project Manager will facilitate the integration of different teams, disciplines, technologies, and vendors with the lab. In addition, they will coordinate the technical installation and transition plan, managing the service, application, IT, and automation teams, as well as any 3rd party stakeholders. After validating success criteria and performance, the project will be closed and transitioned over to the Client Services Manager.
Our goal is to make the transition phase of any project as seamless as possible. The Project Manager will attempt to minimize the impact on lab production and staff during the implementation of a new solution. With this, we enable labs to provide essential services to patients, while avoiding stress and increased workload during periods of change.
