The Alb Fils Kliniken is a maximum-care hospital with two facilities, in Goeppingen and Geislingen that provides health services for about 35,000 inpatients and 140,000 outpatients per year. In 2014, the dual-site hospital entered into a long-term Value Partnership to optimize the management of its ultrasound systems across medical departments and to increase clinical capabilities.

The eight-year contract includes the optimization of the entire system fleet, the provision of latest ultrasound technology at affordable cost and a single contact by an on-site manager for all equipment-related topics. The combined approach of consulting and technology management enables Alb Fils Kliniken to reduce operational complexity, increase technology availability, and reduce administrative costs significantly.
