Global Support
As part of our ongoing commitment to our customers, we proudly operate a worldwide service and support infrastructure. You can rely on a highly trained and specialized team to provide in¬field and remote technical support for Eclipse™ cyclotron and Explora™ biomarker production systems installed globally. Our service infrastructure provides factory and regional housing for spare parts and an established call center, the Siemens Customer Care Center (SCCC), which offers access to local, regional and factory support when needed. We are committed to maintaining full parts, labor and service support for our installed base. If you have questions or would like more information regarding the support of any of our Cyclotron and Chemistry Solutions systems, please contact your local Siemens Healthineers service representative.
