Siemens Healthineers and People’s Hospital 115, one of Vietnam’s premier healthcare institutions, today announced a strategic medical technology partnership to elevate patient care and drive innovation in the country. The MoU was signed in a ceremony held at People’s Hospital 115, attended by leadership and medical experts from both organizations.
This collaboration represents a significant step forward in Siemens Healthineers’ ongoing commitment to supporting Vietnam’s healthcare system. The two-year partnership will focus on four critical areas: knowledge transfer, clinical marketing, scientific collaborations, and technological advancements, particularly in medical imaging, cardiology, and neurology.

People’s Hospital 115, recognized for its advanced medical capabilities, notably its prestigious stroke center—one of the largest in Ho Chi Minh City, the first in Asia to achieve Gold Status of the Angels Award by the World Stroke Organization (WSO) in 20191, and also the first in Vietnam to be awarded the Diamond Status as issued by WSO in 20212. This new partnership will align Siemens Healthineers' comprehensive portfolio of medical imaging, cardiology, and neurological solutions with the hospital’s mission to deliver faster and more accurate diagnoses, personalized treatment plans, and ultimately, improved patient outcomes.
Looking ahead, innovations such as photon-counting CT technology and AI-powered diagnostic tools from Siemens Healthineers could potentially offer significant advancements in precision for diagnosing complex cardiovascular and neurological conditions.
