Siemens Healthineers Privacy Notice Marketing, Social Media & Events

This Privacy Notice describes how Siemens Healthineers processes your personal data in compliance with the applicable laws and regulation on data protection when you sign up for and use the various Siemens Healthineers services, such as participating in events and webinars, subscribing to newsletters, or communicating through various channels, including social media.

Controller

The Siemens Healthineers company (also referred to as ‘we’ or ‘us’) listed in the company information on the website or hosting the event will process your personal data as the data controller as well as Siemens Healthineers AG (Siemensstr. 3, 91301 Forchheim, Germany).  When using social media, we may be joint controllers with the respective social media provider.

Processing of your personal data

We process personal data from different sources depending on how we interact with you, whether you contact us online or via phone, subscribe to newsletters or whether we meet online or in person at an event.

Much of the personal data we process is provided by you for example when you register for an event, subscribe to a newsletter or contact us. Some of the data is also collected by us, for example information about how you make use of our different offerings.
