As part of National Inclusion Week 2023, Shappi joined us to talk about acknowledging our differences and exploring neurodiversity, sharing experiences from her personal life and career.
During Black History Month 2024, Ayo Barley from Bakare Barley joined us to talk through cultural humility and how it can be used as a tool to positively develop our organisation and ourselves. Attendees left with a greater understanding of cultural differences and how to be better allies.
We were joined by some of the team at Headspace in Autumn last year for a practical discussion on how Headspace can support our mental health through evidence-based tactics, such as meditation, coaching and psychiatry.

A further event held in September 2023, as part of National Inclusion Week, Tech Careers & Neurodiversity Consultant Parul Singh joined us to explore what we could learn about neurodiversity through the nostalgia of technology.
Ranjit Patel, Founder of the Present Parent Program, joined us on the International Day of Families to talk about how parents can successfully create and develop a structure to support themselves through the challenges of parenting.

The Success for Black Engineers Programme began in May 2022, initiated within the School of Biomedical Engineering and Imaging Sciences at Kings College London (KCL). Siemens Healthineers was the first industrial partner to join the project, supporting grant applications and providing opportunities to engage with industry.
We are proud to have achieved Great Place to Work Certification across all our sites in Great Britain and Ireland for 2024-2025.
Siemens Healthineers features in the 'Best 100' UK apprenticeship employer list. We're proud to have been ranked 29th in the country, a climb of ten places from last year.
