The 3mensio planning landmarks fused to live fluoroscopy indicate transseptal puncture area and the landing zone for the left atrial appendage occluder device.

In this case the 3mensio Structural Heart planning software for left atrial appendage occlusion (LAAC) was used to perform the preprocedural assement based on CT.

syngo 2D/3D Fusion only requires two fluoro shots of different projections for matching CT structures to landmarks in fluoroscopy.   

After co-registration the CT image including landmarks exported from the 3mensio software can get overlaid to live fluoroscopy. 

In challenging cases like this paravalvular leakage closure it can be of interest to fuse CT-based landmarks plus landmarks derived from TEE (see syngo TrueFusion) to support efficient device navigation.
