Laboratory Quality Management Webinar Series 2021

Siemens Healthineers invites you to join our webinar series on Laboratory Quality Management. Over the course of 6 months, we will take you through a variety of topics such as Lean Sigma, Change Management and Process Control.

The webinars will be conducted by Mr Norizhar Bin Mohamed Zakaria, Clinical Quality Manager, Siemens Healthineers RHQ ASEAN, and Miss Kee E-Ling, Healthcare Solutions Manager, Siemens Healthineers RHQ ASEAN.

Webinar Objective

Quality management systems provide a framework for managing and monitoring activities to address quality standards and achieve organizational goals. The 2 major models used for QMS is from ISO and CLSI.

In these series we look at CLSI’s framework based on the 12 Quality System Essentials (QSE) and cover related topics surrounding these QSEs.
