Adaptive 3D Intervention Suite is designed for spiral and sequential CT-guided interventional procedures. Furthermore, it allows for 3D volume intervention – near to real-time interventional CT Imaging with coronal/ sagittal/oblique images. It enables switching scan modes on the fly during intervention with one single click. Full in-room control, intelligent inheritance and adaptation of interventional scan parameters support fastest workflow as well as customizable screen layout, 2D and 3D Intervention (coronal, axial and sagittal MPRs, and VRT), state-of-the-art needle navigation with path planning tools, and i-Needle Sharp (only for SOMATOM Definition AS) that eliminates needle artifacts during scanning. All these features translate into enhanced usability and substantial time savings.
