The following terms and conditions (“Proscia Supplemental Terms”) apply to purchases of Products, as defined below, and associated installation and warranty services (collectively “Proscia Products and Services) through Siemens Healthineers (“Siemens”).  These Proscia Supplemental Terms are in addition to the terms and conditions of the agreement between Siemens Healthineers and Customer under which Customer purchased the Proscia Products and Services (the “Agreement”).  With respect to Proscia Products and Services, in the case of a conflict between these Proscia Supplemental Terms and the terms and conditions of the Agreement these Proscia Supplemental Terms shall prevail.

The following terms and conditions (“Hamamatsu Supplemental Terms”) apply to purchases of Products, as defined below, and associated installation and warranty services (collectively “Hamamatsu Products and Services) through Siemens Healthineers.  These Hamamatsu Supplemental Terms are in addition to the terms and conditions of the agreement between Siemens Healthineers and Customer under which Customer purchased the Hamamatsu Products and Services (the “Agreement”).  With respect to Hamamatsu Products and Services, in the case of a conflict between these Hamamatsu Supplemental Terms and the terms and conditions of the Agreement these Hamamatsu Supplemental Terms shall prevail.
