Clinical Experience with Auto Lung 3D for SPECT/CT
Dr. Alin Chirindel, Universitätsspital Basel, Department of Nuclear Medicine in Basel, Switzerland
New clinical case study
Single-bed, whole-body 68Ga DOTATATE PET/CT delineation of neuroendocrine tumor metastases
A 74-year-old male with a primary duodenal tumor underwent 68Ga DOTATATE PET/CT staging. This case demonstrates the role of the Biograph Vision QuadraTM in the evaluation of somatostatin-receptor density within neuroendocrine tumor metastases to help define metastatic burden and inform radionuclide therapy planning.
New clinical case study
Incidental findings of COVID-19 in PET/CT imaging
A 75-year-old male with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma underwent PET/CT imaging on a Biograph mCT FlowTM scanner to assess residual disease. The patient was referred for COVID-19 testing due to suspicious hypermetabolic parenchymal foci in the lungs. This case reviews PET/CT in a differential diagnosis of COVID-19 within incidental findings.
SNMMI 2021
