With the detrimental effects, the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has and will continue to have for the foreseeable future, it was only natural to further explore the idea of resilience training for the sake of the mental health of individuals part of the healthcare staff. This experiential advance was created in partnership with The Center for Mind-Body Medicine (CMBM), a non-profit organization specialized in dealing with crisis. An innovative pilot program with more than 50 multinational participants with backgrounds in healthcare equipment was conducted.

This case study explores a multitude of techniques to help relieve the stress and anxiety caused or increased by the COVID-19 pandemic. It consisted of an eight-session online training in which participants are divided into five to six-person small groups to allow for closer interactions real-time and relatability within the groups.
