ARTIS icono small FD

ARTIS icono ceiling

ARTIS icono ceiling is designed for labs shared by interventional radiologists and cardiologists. A wide range of C-arm positions is possible without rotating the patient table, and the general system setup for different procedures can be easily changed and fully automated.

Artis icono floor with small FD

ARTIS icono floor

ARTIS icono floor is a flexible, multi-axis system that offers ceiling-like flexibility. With its small footprint, the system can be easily installed in a room as small as 270 sqft. ARTIS icono floor is a cost-effective solution that meets the growing need for high versatility in the interventional suite.

ARTIS icono biplane

ARTIS icono biplane makes different disciplines feel at home in the same interventional suite: When interventional cardiologists share the lab with neuroradiologists, you can be sure that ARTIS icono biplane easily adapts to their different needs. All it takes is one press of a button, and the lateral plane changes from a radiological to a cardiological preferred setting in just 90 seconds.

Case Flows are specially designed to streamline existing procedures and give you more confidence when adding new, complex treatments to your treatment portfolio. Case Flows are dedicated sequences of system settings for each diagnostic and interventional step along a given treatment path. At every procedural step, Case Flows automatically adjust the system settings to match your preferences and the situational needs – everything from imaging parameters, C-arm position, SID and system position to zoom factors, filter/collimation and display layout.

OPTIQ enables constant image quality (based on CNR) in support of the ALARA1 dose principle, regardless of procedure, patient size, or C-arm angulation. It uses a contrast-driven technique based on automatic parametrization and intelligent, self-adjusting algorithms.

With OPTIQ, image quality flavor can be adjusted according to your personal image preferences.

With new devices and new materials appearing all the time, image-guided therapy is facing new challenges. StructureScout adjusts the X-ray spectrum to material-specific acquisition parameters, allowing for excellent visibility for any structure or device at significantly lower dose.

Technical details

The ARTIS icono family provides three image-guided therapy systems: floor, ceiling and biplane. All three systems stand out with an impressive array of technologies and features that streamline existing procedures and extend your procedure mix.

Clinical use

IT Service Icon

ARTIS icono comes with the Guardian Program from Siemens Healthineers. An additional follow-the-sun, 24-hour real-time remote system monitoring service can detect and resolve errors before malfunctions occur – or at least trigger an instant response. Intelligent components lead to a stable service-cost situation due to higher reliability.
