FlexForce Tech contracts typically start at 13 weeks and can span up to one year in length. Start-Up Tech contracts start at four weeks.

No, you are not bound to more than one contract at a time. 

Roughly 4-6 weeks prior to an assignment ending, we begin the process of extension or reassignment. 

• You have the choice of where and when. Given our size, there are always available opportunities. 
• Our hope/goal is that throughout assignments, you make and maintain Siemens Healthineers internal relationships for potential long-term opportunities, in a variety of positions.

Yes! Examples of future opportunities: Applications Specialists, Sales, Service, Education/Training Instructor, etc. 

• Opportunities depend on educational degrees and experience.

Yes! PTO is available on select assignments. Amount may vary based on the length & type of position.  

Yes! Training is provided. 

• During the clinical interview, a determination is made about what type of training is required, based on the requirements of the assignment. Training could be virtual or onsite, provided prior to the contract beginning. 
• Once onsite, you have access to 1,000’s of virtual courses and SMEs, throughout the course of the assignment. A new training cycle begins when a new assignment is aligned.
