Analytical Characteristics and Clinical Performance of Anti-Müllerian Hormone Immunoassay on the ADVIA Centaur® System: A Comparison with Other Chemiluminescent Methods
Analytical characteristics, clinical performance, and method comparison studies were performed and results were determined using ADVIA Centaur, Beckman Access® and Roche Elecsys® AMH assays, and it was determined that the ADVIA Centaur assay is essentially interchangeable with the Beckman AMH assay for acceptable ovarian reserve assessment.
