En imagerie, les différences physiologiques et anatomiques existant entre les patients (ou variabilité biologique), mais aussi la manière dont le manipulateur utilise les technologies dont il dispose, peuvent être source de fluctuation. La technologie BioMatrix permet de surmonter ce défi en ajustant automatiquement l’examen aux variables biologiques du patient. Afin de pouvoir véritablement personnaliser les examens et ouvrir la voie à la médecine de précision, il convient d’offrir des solutions permettant de réduire la variabilité interindividuelle.
Avantages d’un flux de travail accéléré
En optimisant les flux de travail en IRM, les technologies BioMatrix et GO améliorent la qualité des soins. De la préparation du patient à la communication des résultats, l’utilisation de technologies intuitives et basées sur l’intelligence artificielle rationalise et accélère toutes les procédures cliniques, permettant ainsi aux opérateurs de planifier un patient de plus par heure et ainsi de bénéficier d’un flux de travail accéléré.
Fonctionnalités
Adaptateurs BioMatriciels
S’adapter à l’anatomie de chaque patient pour des examens fiables
Les adaptateurs BioMatriciels répondent aux défis posés par l’exploration de zones anatomiques complexes, comme la région tête-cou, le rachis et l’abdomen. Dans ces régions, la technologie d’antenne intelligente permet d’obtenir automatiquement une homogénéité de champ et une saturation de la graisse optimale, assurant ainsi des images de qualité et une reproductibilité pour tous les patients.
Les capteurs respiratoires détectent automatiquement les signaux respiratoires dès que le patient est allongé sur la table d’examen. Les opérateurs peuvent alors réaliser simplement l’acquisition synchronisée avec la respiration, sans interaction supplémentaire.
La technologie SliceAdjust permet d’obtenir des images sans distorsion en IRM de diffusion corps entier, ainsi qu’une saturation fiable de la graisse pour les séquences de diffusion (DWI) et TSE, éliminant du même coup les artefacts de ‘’cassure du rachis’’ en IRM de diffusion (DWI) corps entier, assurant une corrélation optimale avec les images anatomiques.
Capteurs BioMatriciels
Anticiper les mouvements du patient pour des résultats de qualité
Les mouvements du patient constituent un défi de taille en IRM, car ils peuvent affecter considérablement la qualité d’image, limiter la reproductibilité des résultats et obliger à réitérer l’examen, ce qui s’avère coûteux. Totalement intégrés dans l’architecture du système, les capteurs BioMatriciels détectent les mouvements respiratoires et cardiaques, ainsi que les mouvements de la tête du patient. L’opérateur peut ainsi choisir la procédure d’examen la plus adaptée et obtenir des résultats de qualité et constant.
Les capteurs respiratoires détectent automatiquement les signaux respiratoires dès que le patient est allongé sur la table d’examen. Les opérateurs peuvent alors réaliser simplement l’acquisition synchronisée avec la respiration, sans interaction supplémentaire.
Le capteur cardiaque est totalement intégré dans l’antenne BioMatrix Corps 12. Il déclenche automatiquement l’acquisition synchronisée aux battements cardiaques*, pour capturer le cycle cardiaque sans recours à des dérivations d’ECG.
Interfaces BioMatricielles
Réduire le temps de préparation du patient pour une efficacité accrue
Les interfaces BioMatricielles simplifient les interactions de l’opérateur avec le système et le patient, réduisant le temps de préparation du patient. Quelles que soient la taille, la corpulence, la mobilité du patient ou encore l’expérience du manipulateur, elles accélèrent les flux de travail pour une qualité et un rapport coût-efficacité accrus.
L’écran Select&GO permet aux opérateurs d’utiliser l'intelligence artificielle pour positionner automatiquement les patients avec un gain de temps jusqu'à 30 % tout en évitant les retards liés aux erreurs de positionnement. Il suffit de sélectionner sur l’écran tactile la région ou l’organe à explorer pour que le système positionne automatiquement le patient.
La table amovible BioMatrix avec système d’arrimage automatique ainsi que l’assistance motorisée eDrive permettent de transporter les patients jusqu’au système en toute simplicité, et ce quel que soit leur poids.
