Does Siemens Healthineers offer flexible working hours?
Flexible working plays an important role at Siemens Healthineers; we call it the "Healthineers Way of Working". In our job advertisements, for example, you will find a reference to the fact that you can choose the best place for your work with us and that you can work mobile (within Germany) up to an average of 60% of the respective working hours. Of course, this must also be possible within the scope of the respective job and agreed with your manager. You also have the option of filtering our career portal for jobs that allow mobile working.Does Siemens Healthineers offer part-time positions?
Yes, but it depends on the job whether part-time work is possible. You can find these positions by filtering our career portal by "Either" or "Part-time" as well as other desired criteria. What documents do I need to apply?
Since we want to keep the application process as quick and uncomplicated as possible, we only need your current CV for our first meeting. We will request further documents from you if they are needed. What information should I include in my CV?
Your CV is a business document and therefore needs to be professional. Provide a summary of your background at the beginning to give the recruiter an overview of your skills and experience. It is important that you tailor each CV to the job in question. The more specific your CV is, the better chance you have of getting through to the next round. Include bullet point information about your respective career stages to ensure that the content of your activities is highly comprehensible. You can also include additional education, languages, training, voluntary work, awards or rewards. At the same time, please make sure that the CV focuses on quality, not quantity, and therefore the length of your CV is appropriate to your level of experience. A general rule of thumb might be: One page for young professionals, no more than 2-3 pages for up to ten years of professional experience. Information on your age, dates of birth, marital status, family information (e.g., children), hobbies, religious affiliation are not necessary for an evaluation of your skills and experience and can therefore be left out. What other documents are required for applications abroad?
If you are applying abroad, we require employment details and details of your employability in the country you are applying for. So, make sure you include the correct documents with your application. How do I add cover letters and/or attachments or update my application documents?
Once you have created your profile and logged in, click on your name in the top right corner and click on the "My Profile" tab. Here you can upload your resume as well as provide additional information about your skills, work experience, and educational background. This information is viewable in your application profile and is not job specific. If you would like to attach a specific cover letter or references to your application, please go to "My Activity" and click on the tab “My Applications". Here you can edit each individual application using the "three dots" and upload files specific to the job. If you subsequently want to change or update documents, you can do this in the same way.Do I need to register to use the CV matching tool?
